Refund policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
If FullPage Capture Pro is not for you, ask for your money back within 48 hours of a charge and we refund that charge in full. No questions asked.
The 48-hour money-back guarantee
- The trial costs nothing. Pro starts with 7 free days, so there is no trial payment to refund. The card is checked with an authorisation that is released immediately; no money is taken.
- The first yearly charge. If the trial ended and the year was charged, ask within 48 hours of that charge and it is refunded.
- A yearly renewal. Forgot to cancel before Pro renewed? Ask within 48 hours of the renewal charge and it is refunded.
- In full. You get back the whole amount you paid, in the currency you paid in. Nothing is taken off for the days you used Pro.
- In the EU or the UK? The law gives you 14 days, not 48 hours, and that right comes first. See your rights under consumer law below.
How to ask
- Write to info@fullpagecapture.net or use the contact form. Use the email address you paid with, or give it in the message so we can find the payment. The receipt date and amount help.
- We reply by email and issue the refund through Stripe, our payment processor. It goes back to the card or wallet you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
- If your card is in another currency than the charge, your bank converts the refund, so the amount on your statement can differ slightly from the charge.
What a refund does to Pro
- Cancelling during the trial. Nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund. Pro stays on until the trial ends and the yearly price is never charged. The trial still counts as used: a later purchase on the same account is charged for the year from the start.
- Refund of the latest yearly charge (the first year or a renewal). The subscription is cancelled at once, Pro stops and nothing more is charged.
- Refund of an older payment, for example last year's after this year has been paid. Pro carries on until the end of the paid year.
- A partial refund, if we agree one. Pro and its renewal are not changed. To stop the renewal as well, cancel in your account.
After a refund that ends Pro, your account shows "Pro was refunded". You can buy Pro again at any time.
Refunds we make automatically
You do not need to ask for these.
- A second purchase. If your account already has Pro that renews, or the same order was paid twice (for example on your computer and on your phone), the second subscription is cancelled at once and its payment is refunded in full. Your existing Pro is not affected.
- A second trial. There is one trial per account. If a trial is started again for an account that already had one, the new subscription is cancelled at once and anything it charged is refunded in full. No yearly charge follows.
Buying again while your Pro is set to end is not a duplicate. In that case, use Keep Pro in your account instead.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund past ones by itself: to get money back, ask as described above. Cancel any time in your account, in three short steps.
- During the trial. Pro stays on until the trial ends, and the yearly price is never charged.
- During a paid year. Pro stays on until the end of that year and does not renew. Cancelling does not by itself refund the rest of the year: see the 48-hour guarantee above and After 48 hours below. If we take away a Pro feature you paid for, the terms let you ask for a refund of the rest of the year.
- After a yearly payment failed (the first year after the trial, or a renewal). The subscription is cancelled at once and the failed payment is not tried again. Pro stays on until the date shown when you cancel.
- Changed your mind? Until the end date, Keep Pro in your account undoes a cancellation. This is not possible after cancelling a subscription whose payment failed, because it ends at once; buy Pro again instead.
The full subscription terms are in the terms of service.
Card disputes
Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. A refund under the guarantee is faster than a dispute, and it keeps your account in good standing. On your card statement the charge appears as FULLPAGE CAPTURE, or, after a trial ends, as FULLPAGE C* TRIAL OVER — card networks require a notice that the trial is over, and it takes the place of the rest of the name.
- If you open a dispute (a chargeback), the subscription is cancelled at once and Pro stops.
- While a dispute is open we cannot also refund that payment. Your bank's decision settles it.
- If the dispute is decided in our favour, Pro is not turned back on by itself. Write to us and we look at it.
- A question from your bank about a charge, without a chargeback, does not change Pro.
Suspected fraud
If the card network warns that a payment may be fraudulent, we may refund it in full and cancel the subscription, and Pro stops. If this happened to your own genuine purchase, write to us.
After 48 hours
Later requests are considered case by case. A Pro feature that does not work as described on the Pro page and cannot be fixed is always a valid reason.
Your rights under consumer law
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. Pro starts as soon as you pay, and we do not ask you to give up that right. This is longer than the 48-hour guarantee above, and it applies whatever that guarantee says. To withdraw, tell us within 14 days of your purchase, by email or through the contact form, and give the email you paid with. We refund what you paid in full, through Stripe, to the card or wallet you paid with, within 14 days of hearing from you. The subscription and Pro end when the refund is made.
Nothing on this page limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived, including your rights if Pro is faulty or not as described.
