Chrome's own Print → Save as PDF is the right tool for a plain article you want to read on paper. It stops being one as soon as the page is an app, or has to look the way it looks.

URL to PDF, without sending the URL anywhere
Online “web to PDF” and “URL to PDF” converters fetch the address on their server and print what an anonymous visitor gets: no login, no cookies, no state, the server's own fonts, and the address, sometimes the whole page, passing through someone else's machine. The extension does the conversion in your tab. The page you see is the page in the PDF, behind a login or not, and nothing leaves the browser. For a whole list of addresses at once, batch capture turns them into one PDF with a page per address.
Questions
Why does "Save as PDF" cut off my page?
Chrome's Print dialog does not print what you see. It re-flows the page with the site's print stylesheet, so columns move, backgrounds vanish, and anything that scrolls inside a panel, a Gmail thread, a Notion page, a dashboard, is printed only as far as the panel was scrolled. Fixed headers can land on top of the text. A PDF made from a screenshot has none of these problems, because it starts from the pixels on your screen.
Can I save the whole page as one long PDF page?
Yes. Choose Full image and the entire capture becomes a single PDF page, however long. Pages taller than Chrome's canvas limit (28,800 px) are split into numbered parts first.
Are the links clickable in the PDF?
Yes. Every link on the page is placed in the PDF at the same spot, so a reader can click it. It works for the long page and for the paper sizes.
Can I select and search the text in the PDF?
The free PDF is a picture of the page, exact but not selectable. FullPage Capture Pro adds an invisible text layer, so the words can be selected, searched and copied in any PDF reader. What Pro adds
Which paper sizes are there?
US Letter, Legal and A4, portrait or landscape, plus Full image for one long page. Page breaks fall between lines of text, never through them. You can also stamp the page address and capture date on the PDF.
Does it work in Gmail, Notion or behind a login?
Yes. Apps that scroll inside a panel are unrolled panel by panel, and anything you can see in your browser can be captured, because nothing is fetched from outside your tab. How the capture works

Is it free?

Is this a web to PDF or URL to PDF converter?
It does the same job, in your browser instead of on a server: open the page, click, choose PDF. No address is uploaded, pages behind a login work, and the PDF shows the page as you see it. There is no paste-a-URL box; the page has to be open in a tab, which is also why it works for pages a converter cannot reach.
